Exercise Lab:

Our group did our procedure by going down stairs and jogging in the courtyard hallway for 8 minutes.

Will’s blood pressure before he ran was 120 over 88. His pulse was 115 beats per minute.
After he ran 8 minutes Will’s blood pressure was 153 over 94. His pulse was 165 beats per minute.

Blood pressure
Pulse
Temperature
Before: 120 over 88
115 beats per min.
25 degrees Celsius
After: 153 over 94
165 beats per min.
28 degrees Celsius

In conclusion, my blood pressure, pulse, and temperature went up, as I did the exercise given to me.
1. Will got sweaty, his face turned red, and his blood pressure and temperature went up.
2. Sweating keeps the body from overheating. When your blood pressure and temperature goes up it keeps the blood flowing at a normal rate.
3. Sweating keeps the body from overheating.
4. It keeps the blood pumping through your body at a normal rate.
5. The body has the ability to maintain equilibrium because when your body sweats it keeps you from overheating. Another reason the body has the ability to maintain equilibrium is because the heart rate, temperature and blood pressure go up and it forces the blood to keep flowing at its normal rate. This is how the blood pressure maintains equilibrium.
